5-Ingredient Mango Salsa goes so well with all types of seafood dishes like fish or shrimp tacos. The sweetness of the mangoes paired with a kick of spice from fresh jalapeños really sets off a meal! If you're like me, you'll even crave this with a side of tortilla chips for a tasty snack.

I'm continuing my Mexican-themed food posts with a twist this week: 5-Ingredient Mango Salsa!
Chips and salsa are such an easy and relatively healthy snack (and you can check out my 5 Minute Chunky Homemade Salsa recipe for the classic stuff), but I had a craving for something a little more elevated... With mangoes being on sale at Sprouts, I had to try my hand at a super easy Mango Salsa recipe.

    How to Make Mango-Jalapeño Salsa

All you need is 5 ingredients, maybe a little bit of resting time in the fridge (optional), and this super tasty salsa is ready to go! The mangoes give it a slightly sweeter taste that balances out well with the lime juice. Add in some fresh red onion, jalapeño, and freshly chopped cilantro, and it's a dream.

I've actually tried to purchase mango salsa in stores, and most brands add extra sugar and other funky ingredients. Because mangoes are already naturally sweet, the extra additions are super unnecessary and take away from the fresh taste. Trust me, you won't regret making this by hand - especially with how easy it is.

Mango salsa is best served with more tropical dishes, like Baja fish tacos or jerk chicken. I also used it to top off my Shrimp Jicama Tacos (Whole30) because the salsa is completely Whole30! I won't judge you, however, if you tackle this tasty spread with some tortilla chips. It's just that good!

With only 3 steps, there's not much more to say about this super tasty 5-Ingredient Mango Salsa; other than, go ahead and make it! And stay tuned for my next taco recipe, where I give you a Whole30 and normal diet option. That's right, we're using a special ingredient (thanks to my new Trader Joe's obsession) that keeps everybody happy.
