Homemade Strawberry Rosé Popsicles
Homemade Strawberry Rosé Popsicles are a delicious way to get your booze on during the summer! Use your favorite brand of Rosé for a light, fruity, and cool treat for your next 21+ party.
- 2 cups sliced strawberries plus extra for texture (optional)
- 1 ½ cups Rosé
- ½ cup cranberry juice
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and add some strawberry puree (optional) for texture.
Tap the mold to get out any air bubbles, then cover and add your popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 6 hours. I've found that overnight is best!
To remove the popsicles from their molds, run warm water over the bottom of the popsicle mold. Remove the popsicles and serve immediately.
Any excess popsicles can be wrapped in cellophane bags & added to a freezer-safe Ziploc bag. Enjoy!
