Homemade Instant Oatmeal Packets
On-the-go oatmeal packets for a fraction of the cost of the store-bought version. Plus, you can control the sugar content and no funky additives!
- 2 cups 1-minute oats
- 1½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Take half of your oats and pulse in a food processor or blender.
Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
Store in a mason jar or divide into individual servings using Ziploc bags (great for families and kiddos!)
To prepare: Simply add oatmeal to a bowl and pour hot water until your desired consistency. I love to add a splash of almond milk, walnuts, and blueberries. Enjoy!
