4-Ingredient Mango Sorbet

Cool down this summer with my homemade 4-Ingredient Mango Sorbet - made with no ice cream maker! It's naturally sweetened and has that perfect tropical taste that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups frozen mango pieces
  • ½ cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • To a food processor, add the frozen mangoes and chop until they form small, icy pieces.
  • Slowly pour in the pineapple juice and warm water until the mangoes begin to form a smooth texture.
  • Add in the honey and process once more, until sweetened to your preference.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

Texture Notes:
If you prefer your sorbet to be a bit more firm, add the sorbet to a 9x5 loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. 
 
Freeze for about an hour, then enjoy!
