Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing is herby, creamy, and it makes the best dip. Made with tons of fresh herbs and produce, it's the best way to clean out your veggie drawer!

Equipment

  • Food Processor or blender
  • Citrus Squeezer
  • Microplane

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 20 grams fresh parsley
  • 20 grams fresh cilantro
  • 8 grams fresh dill
  • ½ count shallot
  • 1 - 2 count garlic cloves
  • ½ count large jalapeño
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 count lemon (for juice and zest)
  • 20 grams ranch seasoning mix
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients (besides the salt and pepper) to a food processor or blender.
    Use both the juice of the lemon and the zest.
  • Blend until the sauce is silky smooth.
  • Taste, and add any additional salt and pepper if you feel you need it.
  • Serve over hearty greens like kale and cabbage, or dip veggie sticks into the dressing. Enjoy!

Storage Instructions:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
