Grilled Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients
  

Seasoned Shrimp

  • 2 pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

Bang-Bang Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

Instructions

  • Peel and devein your shrimp; then add them to a bowl and thoroughly pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Add the spices and oil to the bowl of shrimp. Mix well until the shrimp are completely seasoned.
  • Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat.
    While you're waiting, mix all of the bang bang sauce ingredients together in a small sauce bowl.
  • Sear the seasoned shrimp in the skillet for about 2 ½ minutes on both side. Shrimp will be pink and juicy.
  • Remove, and toss with the bang bang sauce (or, serve the sauce on the side.) Enjoy!

Notes
