Ingredients

  • 2 count mangoes chopped
  • 2 count kiwis chopped, plus extra for decoration
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. If you have extra kiwi slices, add them to the middle of the molds for a professional look!
  • Tap the mold to get out any air bubbles, then cover and add your popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours. I've found that overnight is best!
  • To remove the popsicles from their molds, run warm water over the bottom of the popsicle mold. Remove the popsicles and serve immediately.
  • Any excess popsicles can be wrapped in cellophane bags & added to a freezer-safe Ziploc bag. Enjoy!
