Equipment

  • Chef's Knife
  • Blender
  • Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle Sticks
  • Cellophane Bags (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 count mangoes
  • 3 count kiwis (separated)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Chop up the mangoes and 2 out of 3 of the peeled kiwis.
For the third kiwi, cut into quarter-inch slices.
  • Add the fruit, water, and lemon juice into a blender and blend well.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. Place the extra kiwi slices in the middle of each mold cup for a pretty look.
  • Tap the mold to get out any air bubbles, then cover and add your popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours, but overnight is best.
  • To remove the popsicles from their molds, run warm water over the bottom of the popsicle mold. Remove the popsicles and serve immediately.
  • Any excess popsicles can be wrapped in cellophane bags & added to a freezer-safe Ziploc bag. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage Instructions:
Individually wrap your popsicles in cellophane bags, and then store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
