Homemade Miami Vice Popsicles
Layers of strawberry daiquiri and pina colada come together to create these tasty Homemade Miami Vice Popsicles! Did I mention the two types of rum? Simply divine!

Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold, stopping at the halfway line.
Cover and freeze for 1 ½ hours. To get that slanted effect, prop up your mold on something to make it tilt - I demonstrate this on my TIktok/Reel if it's easier to see in person!
Pina Colada Layer
Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Pour the mixture on top of the strawberry layer all the way to the top.
Tap the mold to get out any air bubbles, then cover and add your popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 6 hours. I've found that overnight is best!
To remove the popsicles from their molds, run warm water over the bottom of the popsicle mold. Remove the popsicles and serve immediately.
Any excess popsicles can be wrapped in cellophane bags & added to a freezer-safe Ziploc bag. Enjoy!
