Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries plus extra for texture (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups Rosé
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and add some strawberry puree (optional) for texture.
  • Tap the mold to get out any air bubbles, then cover and add your popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours. I've found that overnight is best!
  • To remove the popsicles from their molds, run warm water over the bottom of the popsicle mold. Remove the popsicles and serve immediately.
  • Any excess popsicles can be wrapped in cellophane bags & added to a freezer-safe Ziploc bag. Enjoy!
