Rainbow Fruit Salad with Agave-Lime Syrup
This easy, fresh fruit salad tastes as wonderfully as it looks! Served with an agave-lime syrup for a touch of extra sweetness, it makes the perfect side dish for a summer day!

Start by adding the agave to a small sauce bowl.
Zest half of the lime peel, then add the juice into the bowl.
Stir well until fully incorporated and set aside.
Wash and dry the fruit that doesn't have peels (all of your berries and grapes).
Peel the other fruits, then chop everything into even, bite-sized pieces. Slice the grapes into quarters as well.
Add all of the fruit to a large serving bowl.
Serve with the syrup on the side, or drizzle it over the fruit salad just before serving. Enjoy!
I recommend adding the syrup to your fruit salad right before serving.
This will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
