Finely chop your mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.Separate the seeds from the jalapeño for a milder spice level. Add the chopped veggies to a mixing bowl. Juice the lime on top of the bowl.
Season with a bit of salt + pepper to taste. Stir until fully combined.
You can serve immediately, or let chill in the fridge for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks:
To make a milder salsa, be sure to remove the jalapeño seeds from your bowl. If you like spice, leave in as much as you like!
