This Midnight Mojito is made with fresh blackberries, mint leaves, and a little club soda for fizz. Keep it zero-proof for a refreshing sip, or add your favorite brand of rum!

Instructions
To a tall glass, add the simple syrup, lime juice, blackberries, and mint leaves.
Use a muddler to mash the fruit and herbs. This releases the flavor and aroma for our drink.
If making a cocktail, pour the rum into the shaker glass and stir.
Prepare two glasses with ice and club soda.
Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the blackberry-mint juice into both glasses.
Add extra berries, lime slices, and mint for garnish. Enjoy!
