Cast Iron White Chicken Pizza
Cast Iron White Chicken Pizza is such an easy way to whip up a homemade pizza that tastes just as good as take-out. The cast iron skillet gives us a perfectly cooked crust, and you have dinner ready in less than 30 minutes!

Pour the olive oil into a room temperature cast iron skillet.
Place the pizza dough into the skillet. Using the tips of your fingers, press the dough around the bottom of a skillet until it fills every corner. Preheat your oven to 500℉.
Add the cast iron to the stovetop and parcook the crust on medium heat until it's golden brown on the bottom.
Remove the cast iron from the hot cooktop, and set on a heat-safe oven mat.
Combine the butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the garlic butter on top of the bottom and crust of the pizza dough.Save any extra garlic butter to brush on the crust after baking. Place the provolone cheese on the crust, followed by the chicken, black olives, and spinach.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake on the bottom rack of the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Brush any extra garlic butter on the crust. Let rest for a minute or so, then slice and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks:
Use room temperature pizza dough.
When cooking the bottom on the stovetop, it may begin to bubble up. Simply use a spatula to press the bubbles down and release that air for an evenly golden-brown crust.
Don't use fresh mozzarella in this recipe! It's got too much moisture.
