Ingredients
  

  • ¼ count yellow onion finely diced
  • 1 - 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 count large jalapeño seeds and ribs removed
  • 4 count large avocados
  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 count lime juiced

Instructions

  • Prepare your produce by chopping the yellow onion and Roma tomatoes into small pieces. Finely mince your garlic and cilantro. Then, remove the rib and seeds of a jalapeño and chop it up.
  • Scoop out the avocado flesh into a large bowl. Mash with a fork to your texture preference.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, and taste. Adjust for any extra salt or lime juice to your liking.
  • Serve immediately with chips and/or veggie sticks. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage Instructions:
To store without browning, add the guacamole to a storage container and flatten the top into a smooth layer using a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing down to remove any extra air. Cover the storage container with its lid, and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
