Ground Chicken Tacos

These Ground Chicken Tacos are lighter than ground beef or pork, but don't skimp on the flavor. Make your next Taco Tuesday meal absolutely stellar!

Ingredients
  

Tacos

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 ½ tablespoons taco seasoning
  • corn tortillas

Garnishes

  • cotija cheese crumbled
  • pico de gallo
  • shredded Iceberg lettuce
  • sour cream
  • fresh chopped cilantro
  • limes (quartered)

Instructions

  • Season the ground chicken with taco seasoning.
    Cook on medium heat until completely cooked through, about 12-15 minutes. Use a spatula to crumble the meat.
  • Removed cooked meat and set aside. Carefully wipe any liquids out of the pan with a paper towel.
  • In the same skillet, warm up the corn tortillas on both sides until softened and pliable.
  • Finally, assemble your tacos.
    Or, simply set out all of the meat, veggies, cheese, and herbs; let your guests assemble their plates to their own preferences! Enjoy!
