Mix the listed seasonings together for a marinade.
Rub your seasonings and the sesame oil on the salmon fillets and let the fish marinate for about 20 minutes.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Spray some non-stick cooking spray onto the bottom of the skillet.
Place salmon fillets in the greased skillet, flesh down/skin up, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Remove the salmon and set on a clean plate.
In the same skillet, pour in your garlic honey soy sauce. After about 5 minutes, it will start to bubble and reduce. Add your salmon back into the skillet, skin side down.
Finish cooking your salmon for another 6 minutes. Baste the fish with the sauce as it continues to get thicker and sticky.
Serve, drizzling any remaining sauce on the salmon and/or your veggies. Enjoy!
