This is the ultimate way to make asparagus - a flavorful spice blend, quickly roasted, and tossed with fresh lemon juice & grated parmesan. It's so easy!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Rinse asparagus and pat dry. Remove the hard stalks at the bottom Pro tip: breaking the stalks off using your hands is super easy. The part that needs to be removed will naturally break where it is supposed to!
Spread the asparagus on the pan and drizzle with olive oil and harissa seasoning. Toss to cover completely.
Thinly slice your lemon and add a few slices on top of the asparagus.
Roast for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove, zest with a bit of lemon peel, and sprinkle grated parmesan on top. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks: Instead of using a knife, place your fingers towards the bottom of each stalk of asparagus and break it off. The hard, woody stalks will naturally break off where they are supposed to. This creates a tender piece of asparagus!
