Shrimp Jicama Tacos (Whole30!)

These delicious Shrimp Jicama Tacos - completely Whole30 compliant - are a welcome addition to any Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients
  

Jicama Tacos

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 12 count jicama wraps

Topping Ideas

  • 2 count avocados
  • mango salsa
  • fresh chopped cilantro (for garnish)
  • limes

Instructions

  • Heat avocado oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
  • Season your shrimp with taco seasoning.
    Add the shrimp to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove when fully cooked and set aside.
  • Add the jicama wraps to the same skillet and warm for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • While the jicama wraps are browning, cube the avocados.
  • Assemble the tacos: jicama wrap, shrimp, mango salsa, and avocado. Top with fresh chopped cilantro for a garnish.
  • Serve with slices of lime. Enjoy!

Notes

Heat up the jicama wraps until warmed for the best taste and texture.
