I’m Shani, and I love all things travel, music, and food!
Coined Cuisine started out as an idea stemming from a broke grad student in 2017. I didn’t have a lot of money, but I didn’t want to eat ramen and sandwiches everyday. Since I was also studying for the CPA, I didn’t have much time to workout and wanted to fuel my body with healthy, easy to make options that I could eat on the go.
