Ingredients

- Mayonnaise - Bang bang sauce is similar to an aioli; so we're going to use mayo as the base of our recipe. You can use whatever kind you prefer - regular, olive-oil mayo, or even vegan.
- Sweet Chili Sauce - The hint of sweetness comes from Thai sweet chili sauce! I normally find a jar in the Asian or International aisle of the grocery store.
- Sriracha - To balance everything together, a hint of sriracha provides the perfect amount of heat.
What Can I Serve This Sauce With?
This sauce is incredibly tasty, and pairs well with all sorts of dishes!
Of course, my Grilled Bang Bang Shrimp Bowls use a batch of the tangy sauce.
You could also drizzle on top of roasted veggies: think crispy asparagus or edamame.
Or add a nice spoonful on top of Cauli-Fried Rice, Crispy Air Fried Tofu Bowls, or Sushi Bake with Crab. Yum!
