- Spices - A little bit of salt, garlic pepper, and cayenne (for a hint of spice) is all you need to transform carrots into something absolutely delectable.
How to Make Carrot Fries in the Oven
I'm going to show y'all two ways to make crispy carrot fries - and each method yields a super tasty result! It's extremely easy, I promise.
- Start by rinsing & scrubbing your carrots to remove any debris. No need to peel them!
- Cut the carrots into matchstick pieces that are even in size.
- Toss the carrot pieces with olive oil and seasonings. No cornstarch needed in this recipe; we're going to turn the heat up to get that beautiful crispy outside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add your seasoned carrot pieces. Try to keep them in a single layer.
- Finally, bake at 425℉ for about 35 minutes, stirring everything around after the first 20.
- Toss with a bit of parsley for fun and you're done!

I've been searching for healthy recipes because I eat far too much junk food (including french fries), so decided to give these carrot fries a chance. I really liked them! I used a salt, pepper, and granulated garlic seasoning and it was really good. A guilt-free midday snack for when I am working from home. Thanks!

I've been trying to find ways to eat my favorite foods in a healthier way. These carrot fries really delivered on the "crispy" in their title. They were a great replacement for the potato version.
